I've always loved vintage things.  From the time I was tall enough to reach my grandmother's dresser drawers I've enjoyed rooting through unusual treasures!  Why buy something that's mass produced when you can hold something in your hands that someone cherished fifty or a hundred years ago?  And to repurpose or give these items a second life is just icing on the cake!
